    APPLICATIONS GUIDE FOR EEZER BACK-UP PADS
    Our back-up pads are divided into four categories for various applications as follows:
    STANDARD DUTY BACK-UP PADS
    PRODUCT CODES 5535-, 6636- AND 6686-

    Autobody and line finishing. These pads are softer and suggested for use with fine abrasives for true finish sanding. Neither recommended nor warranted for heavy-duty production applications. 12,000 RPM max.

    INDUSTRIAL GRADE
    PRODUCT CODES 3335B-, 5535B- AND 66368-

    Mid-range industrial applications. A medium density pad for fine to medium grit abrasives. More durable than the fine finishing pads. These are OEM Dynabrade® pads. 12,000 RPM max.

    BULLDOG PADS (our finest)
    PRODUCT CODES 5000- AND 6000-

    Production woodworking and industrial pads. Firm pads for use with a broad range of abrasives. Equal or better than the best pads from other manufacturers. These are original equipment on ARO®/Ingersol Rand®. Recommended for use in general woodworking and industrial applications. Fully warranted for use in woodworking and production line applications. 15,000 RPM max.     		  XTREME PADS
    PRODUCT CODES 5595- (NO 6-INCH AT THIS TIME.)

    Xtreme Pads are tough! Just as its name implies, recommended for extreme duty applications with X weight abrasive, or jobs that destroy a "Bulldog" pad - such as weld and flash removal, granite and marble edge sanding, etc. Exceptionally long life. 15,000 RPM max.

    Pads are available with PSA, Velcro and cloth surfaces. Several styles of vacuum patterns, including the "petal pad," which is the most efficient vacuum design of any pad in the world.

    We also produce quality 8" pads for tools made by Dynabrade®, National Detroit®, Chicago Pneumatic®, etc.

    All Eezer pads are individually inspected and checked for flatness and run out. We guarantee our pads to meet or exceed the specifications of all manufacturers of random orbital sanders.

    EPOXY FIBERGLASS BACKING PLATES
    WARNING! Use only as stacked sets, at least two sizes, one behind the other for "leaf spring effect." Failure to do so will limit the life of the plates and void the warranty. Never use a single backing plate alone. Never use a backing plate without first inspecting it for signs of irregularities such as fracture, excessive wear, nicks, or cuts at the edge or center hole. Do not exceed maximum RPM if so marked. Always wear safety glasses and face shield when grinding.
